On October 24, the Women Workers’ Committee of the company’s trade union organized a special knowledge lecture on women workers’ health rights and interests. Female employees from the company headquarters and those working in the Harbin area attended the on-site training in the high-definition conference room on the first floor, while branch offices set up sub-venues to listen and watch via video conferencing systems.
This training session aims to further promote the implementation of the "Special Provisions for Labor Protection of Female Workers" and to enhance female workers' knowledge of health and hygiene. The training invited Professor Qi, a specially appointed lecturer from the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, to deliver the course. During the session, Professor Qi covered topics including common and frequently occurring gynecological diseases in women, labor protection laws and regulations for female workers, new concepts and basic knowledge on reproductive health, work-related stress and mental health among female workers, and self-management strategies for female workers’ reproductive health. During the on-site consultation session, female workers actively asked questions and sought advice from the instructor regarding their own physical and psychological concerns, achieving excellent interactive results.
This training enhanced female employees’ knowledge of health and boosted their awareness of self-care, enabling them to achieve effective physical and mental relaxation. After the training, the female employees jointly visited the exhibition of female employees’ artworks in the staff cultural gallery.
