Shaanxi Wan’an Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. was established in 1993. Over the years, the company underwent a transformation from a military-to-civilian enterprise and, after nearly 30 years of operation and development, has now become a model high-tech joint-stock enterprise integrating research, production, sales, and service. Wan’an Pharmaceutical boasts strong scientific and technological capabilities, with a team of highly respected and renowned pharmaceutical experts as well as young, promising medical doctors and masters who are skilled professionals in their fields. Guided by a rigorous scientific approach, the “Wan’an people” build upon the traditional Chinese medical theories while incorporating the latest research findings from nine cutting-edge disciplines—including modern physiology, anatomy, pharmacology, immunology, microcirculation, reproductive physiology, and endocrinology. Leveraging advanced, high-tech manufacturing technologies and processes, they have carefully selected and optimized extracts from traditional Chinese herbs that exhibit high bioavailability, tailored specifically to the physiological characteristics of women and the pathological features of gynecological diseases. As a result, they have successfully developed and launched a new generation of high-tech gynecological products—“Jie Mei Shu”—which are uniquely specialized, refined, and innovative. These micro-moist formulations are compatible with the natural environment of the female external genitalia, offering convenient and comfortable use. They facilitate easy absorption through the vaginal and uterine mucosa, thereby achieving highly effective prevention and treatment of gynecological disorders.
The “Zi Mei Shu” gynecological sanitary pads are widely loved and highly acclaimed by women thanks to their novel and fashionable formulation, safe use, refreshing and convenient application, rapid onset of action, continuous effectiveness day and night, and remarkable therapeutic effects. Currently, this product is available in all provinces (autonomous regions, and municipalities) across China and is also exported to countries and regions including Europe, the Americas, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Russia, and South Africa.
Since 2001, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions has designated Wan'an Pharmaceutical as the implementing agency responsible for providing health education services to female workers nationwide. Under the guidance of the Women Workers’ Committee of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and with strong support from women workers’ departments at all levels of trade unions, the company has invested over 200 million yuan to organize more than 200,000 free “health knowledge lectures and consultations for female workers” for 137 million grassroots female workers across the country, achieving significant social and economic benefits.

“Zi Mei Shu” gynecological sanitary pads are a gynecological product designed to provide 24-hour care for women’s reproductive and physiological health throughout the entire menstrual cycle. They have repeatedly won prestigious awards in both domestic and international competitions and were granted a national invention patent certificate in 2021, clearly defining them as “a traditional Chinese medicine formulation for the prevention and treatment of gynecological diseases, along with its preparation method and applications.” These pads have driven and promoted the development of the gynecological pharmaceutical and health-care products industry, ushering in a new era in the field of gynecological prevention and treatment.
