On October 28, the trade union of Daqing Power Supply Company of State Grid organized a health education lecture for female employees, aiming to further implement the relevant regulations on labor protection for female workers, safeguard their legitimate rights and interests, and enhance their awareness of self-care. Female employees from various departments and units within the company attended the lecture.
This health education lecture features a special guest lecturer, Qi Yanling, an expert from the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Women’s Health Education Lecture Group. Qi Yanling graduated from the Medical Department of Shanghai Railway Medical College and holds the title of Chief Physician. She has been engaged in clinical teaching in obstetrics and gynecology for over 30 years, possessing profound theoretical knowledge and extensive clinical experience. She has authored more than 20 professional papers and is particularly renowned for her rich experience, unique insights, and remarkable efficacy in the integrated treatment of gynecological diseases using both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. During the lecture, Qi Yanling led a lively yet rigorous classroom session, fostering a vibrant and engaging learning atmosphere from which everyone benefited greatly. After the lecture, Qi Yanling patiently assisted female employees in addressing their health-related questions and enthusiastically answered all their inquiries.
Through this lecture, not only did we provide female employees with professional knowledge on women’s health, but we also enhanced their awareness of cherishing life and taking good care of themselves. As a result, everyone gained valuable insights into women’s health care, and at the same time, deeply felt the company’s heartfelt concern and care for its female employees.
The vast number of female employees also expressed that, in their future work and life, they will adopt a healthier and more optimistic mindset, love their jobs and dedicate themselves wholeheartedly, thus contributing to the company’s steady and rapid development.
