From December 17 to 20, the company’s trade union organized seven “I’m in Charge of My Health” health education lectures for female employees at the Hongdu Gymnasium and the Aircraft City Component Manufacturing Plant. The company’s trade union invited Ms. Yang Baozhen, a member of the expert panel from the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Public Welfare Lecture Series on Women’s Health Knowledge, to deliver these lectures, offering female employees thoughtful care and support. More than 350 female employees from the company participated in the lectures in several sessions.
This health education lecture featured a wealth of content. Teacher Yang Baozhen shared insights on how to scientifically respond to bodily abnormalities, covering topics such as gynecological care, psychological adjustment, traditional Chinese medicine treatments, and the detection and prevention of common diseases. Drawing on her many years of clinical experience, she used vivid language, compelling real-life examples, and an engaging teaching style to impart valuable health knowledge to the female employees, greatly benefiting them. During the interactive session, the female employees actively asked questions and sought advice on topics of particular interest, creating a lively and enthusiastic atmosphere.
The female employees of the company work diligently, fully demonstrating their vital role as half of the sky and showcasing the contemporary spirit of “self-respect, self-confidence, self-reliance, and self-improvement.” To enhance female employees’ awareness of self-care and promote a scientific and civilized lifestyle, the company’s trade union has organized a health education seminar titled “I’m in Charge of My Health.” This initiative further safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of female employees and reflects the warmth of the company’s big family as well as its people-oriented, positive atmosphere.
