From December 6 to 8, the company’s trade union invited Professor Yang Benxing, a member of the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ lecture group on women’s health, to deliver five “I’m in Charge of My Health” health education lectures for female employees at two venues: Hongdu Sports Hall and Aviation City.
During the lecture, Professor Yang provided an insightful interpretation of the "Special Provisions for Labor Protection of Female Employees in Jiangxi Province," offering a thorough and detailed explanation on topics such as women’s breast and reproductive health, maternal and child health care, and psychological adjustment. Throughout the lecture, she used multimedia presentations combined with real-life case studies to help female employees gain a deeper understanding of gynecological disease prevention, early symptoms, and warning signs, thereby encouraging them to enhance their awareness of self-care. After the lecture concluded, many female employees took the opportunity to ask Professor Yang questions about their personal health and wellness concerns on the spot, and each question received a patient and thoughtful response.
