To further enhance the physical and mental health of female employees in the Wudalianchi Scenic Area, show care for women, and deliver knowledge, ideas, and services to more female employees and their families, on July 9, the Trade Union of the Wudalianchi Scenic Area organized a health education lecture for female employees, which attracted active participation from female employees across the entire area.
As per the unified arrangement and deployment of the Heihe Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, we have specially invited Ms. Song Lizhen, a member of the expert panel from the All-China Federation of Trade Unions’ Public Lecture Series on Women’s Health Knowledge, to deliver a lecture to female workers across the district on new concepts and basic knowledge of reproductive health. The lecture will also highlight preventive measures against common malignant tumors in women, provide clear and concise analyses of how workplace environmental factors affect reproductive health, and offer practical guidance on alleviating work-related stress and maintaining mental well-being. Additionally, Ms. Song will teach female workers how to strike a healthy balance between work and family life and will give a detailed explanation of the laws and regulations governing labor protection for female employees.
Teacher Song is meticulous in her scholarship and possesses extensive knowledge and diverse talents. With her rich theoretical expertise, long-term clinical experience, engaging and humorous teaching style, and clear, accessible explanations of scientific concepts, she has won warm acclaim from a large number of female employees.
