Wugui Town Hosts Health Knowledge Lecture for Female Employees in 2017

On the afternoon of February 27, the 2017 health education lecture for female workers, organized by the district trade union federation, was held in Wugui. More than 40 female cadres from villages across the town attended the event.
This lecture featured a renowned professor of gynecology from the former Beijing Railway Hospital, who has extensive clinical experience. Professor Yang used real-life cases she encountered during her career to explain in a clear and accessible manner the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of common gynecological diseases such as cervical cancer and breast cancer. As a result, the female cadres in attendance gained a deeper understanding of women’s health issues and learned how to better protect themselves—by gaining early awareness, practicing early prevention, and seeking early treatment. The lecture was warmly received by all participants and will play a positive role in helping women develop healthy health awareness and adopt healthy lifestyles, enabling everyone to fully recognize the importance of both physical and mental well-being.
